IBCN Alumni Membership Category

This category allows IBCN Alumni to continue to be involved and connected with their former in-house colleagues. Alumni membership is available to former dues-paying IBCN members who are no longer in-house but who do remain actively involved in the practice of employee benefits law.

Features and Benefits
  • Alumni will have their contact information included in a newly-created Alumni Directory that is accessible (with password) on the website for regular members and other alumni members. This will make it easy for members and alumni to locate and network with alumni.  
  • IBCN members who want to connect with alumni will be able to "opt-in" to appear in the Alumni Directory with Member designation. (Contact information for members who do not opt-in will not be viewable by Alumni.)  This will give alumni the opportunity to share information with IBCN members and to make their services available. Alumni will have to abide by the IBCN guidelines around no direct marketing to members.
  • Alumni members will be able to post materials (e.g., their articles and other technical papers) on a newly created Alumni Postings page. This page will be accessible to all IBCN members and alumni.
  • Alumni will be able to post and view job openings on the website. 
  • Alumni membership dues are set at a nominal $25 annually
